This year has torn me open. In the most beautiful way.
Looking back now, it is easy to see with clear eyes how the preparation for this unfolding had been years in the making. How everything has its own season— its own divine timing. Piece by piece, wound by wound, the puzzle found its place, quietly paving the way for every great and subtle shift within me.
The beginning of this year marked the collapse of the life I had built. I stepped away from the business I had created for many years. I walked away from a five-year karmic relationship. I left my home and said goodbye to everything that had once made me feel externally safe. Naturally, my nervous system crumbled for a moment under the impact. The rug called security was pulled from beneath my feet.
But every part of me was ready to meet what comes after the endings. To meet the new beginnings waiting on the other side. Every part of me knew that I had to take those steps into the unknown.
But still, I reached the depths.
And a month later, I flew to Bali to hold space for women for the very first time in this way— in the form of a retreat.
I rose to great heights.
I lived through the profound experience of inhabiting both extremes at once: the deepest lows and the highest highs.
Realizing that my nervous system could hold it all unlocked a chest within me whose key I had been searching for, for so long. It opened a path toward a deeper alignment. It anchored my axis directly to something greater than myself.
For me, Bali has always been a journey back to self-love. My soul's home. My connection with this island is both deeply empowering and profoundly safe. Every time I leave, I return a little more as myself.
When I left the island in April, I felt that my bond with this place had become even stronger than before. I made a promise to myself that this connection would carry me through the season of grief waiting for me back home.
The old must be grieved. The pain must be released. And every layer of growth must be received.
Holding both the depths and the heights at the same time, I knew that everything leaving my life was simply making room for what was coming next. But the process had to be lived. Nothing could be bypassed. Nothing could be pushed away.
Everything is exactly as it is. That became my mantra.
Courage. Trust. And the willingness to fall to my knees before life in complete surrender became my compass.
And this journey tore me open. In the most beautiful way.
What is unfolding for me now is a gift unlike anything I ever knew was possible to encounter— let alone experience.
I am living the most beautiful chapter of my life. And for the very first time in thirty-two years, I feel that I am truly the main character of my own story.
In alignment. Simply experiencing the purest form of happiness.
